I have no complaints. It’s easy to put together, and easy to install. Takes no unnecessary effort to insert my phone in the holder, and it’s just as easy to remove it. My phone is held with a firm grip and it’s very flexible to adjustments. It has padding under the metal that fits around the display screen to protect it from any possible scratches, and once attached it is very secure. Exactly as advertised. I’m pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

The quality of this product is indeed very very good! The materials and color are excellent!
If you buy it for your Zeerkr X model, pay attention that it's not best match to the car's screen, as the back part disrupted by the Zeekr X screen connector to the dashboard! Thus, the tightness to the car's screen isn't perfect.
This phone mount has been tested and is specifically designed for the ZEEKR X. It should be an installation issue.

I’ve owned many types of phone holders. My last one had a sticky pad/suction cup which served me well for many years. When it got too hot or too cold, it would unstick. 95% of the time it was fine.
I decided to get this phone holder because during the extreme weather temperature, my old one would fall down. This new holder, has padding covering the entire hooked section so there won’t be any scratching anywhere. I replaced the phone holder part with the rechargeable mag safe contraption. Best of both worlds!!
